一種用於L型雙布槽V形低浴比的染色機

贝斯特bst2222染色機發明的一種用於(yu) L型雙布槽V形低浴比的染色機，包括頭部機身(1)、中部機身(2)和尾部機身(3)，頭部機身(1)、中部機身(2)和尾部機身(3)依次通過全焊透自動焊接成染色機本體(ti) ；所述頭部機身(1)位置設有導布輪(11)和噴嘴(12)；所述中部機身(2)至所述尾部機身(3)區域內(nei) 鋪設有雙布槽(23)，尾部機身(3)的一端設有導布管(7)；導布管(7)的一端連接所述噴嘴(8)，另一端連接到所述尾部機身(3)的雙布槽(23)；頭部機身(1)和尾部機身(3)均傾(qing) 斜向上設置，並與(yu) 中部機身(2)形成V形結構。本發明的機身結構設計合理，V形結構大大降低浴比，節省了儲(chu) 水麵積。

a low-bath-ratio V-shaped dyeing machine for L-type double cloth grooves. The low-bath-ratio V-shaped dyeing machine comprises a head machine body (1), a middle machine body (2) and a tail machine body (3) which are automatically welded into a dyeing machine body sequentially through full penetration welding. The head machine body (1) is provided with a cloth guide wheel (11) and a nozzle (12), the double cloth grooves (23) are laid in an area from the middle machine body (2) to the tail machine body (3), and a cloth guide pipe (7) is arranged at one end of the tail machine body (3). One end of the cloth guide pipe (7) is connected with the nozzle (8) while the other end thereof is connected to the double cloth grooves (23). The head machine body (1) and the tail machine body (3) are arranged upward obliquely so as to form a V-shaped structure with the middle machine body (2). The low-bath-ratio V-shaped dyeing machine for the L-type double cloth grooves is reasonable in structural design, and the bath ratio is greatly decreased through the V-shaped structure, so that the water storage area is saved.
